Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
